About the job
Our team is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to joing our expanding Sales team. The role will be instrumental in driving our sales growth with European landowners and exapanding our market reach.
Responsibilities
  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how customer benefits from our project solutions
  • Generate, process and groom sales pipeline through prospecting, build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
  • Work closely with account executives to optimize the sales pipeline and ensure high lead-to-deal conversion-/success rates
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve our lead-generation/lead-to-deal playbook
  • Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly targets for prospecting and lead conversion and lead progress and report to sales manager
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales development, customer service or related role, preferably with quotas assigned
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tactics, such as email sequences, campaigns, needs-consultative selling, and strategic partnering
  • Strong organization skills with ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize task to hit individual and team goals
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect and build rapport with potential clients via email or phone
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to work closely with sales, product and external partners
  • Pro-active attitude along with the ability to quickly adapt to new business environments
  • Swedish language skill is a big plus
