About the job
Our team is looking for a dynamic Documentation Specialist to work cross-functionallly with the goal to create, manage and maintain documentation to support operational efficiency and company goals by ensuring that our documentation practices are robust, scalable and comply with best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational manuals across multiple functions.
  • Establish document retrieval systems and procedures to ensure relevant teams can locate and retrieve documents efficiently as needed.
  • Quality assurance to enhance document quality and identify corrective actions if required.
  • Collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process and workflow improvement.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organization skills to manage effectively multiple documents, versions and revisions and ensure the process is streamlines and efficient.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders to gather and organize complex information.
  • Proficiency in document management systems such as Confluence, spreadsheets and other enterprise content management systems.
  • Knowledge of best practices in document control, organizations and retrieval systems.
  • Pro-active attitude along with the ability to quickly adapt to new business environments.
  • Knowledge of multiple European languages a plus!
